sorry for not updating for some time. I was on holidays with my boyfriend and didn’t have access to the internet. Now we are back to Germany and I’m ready to share with you my recipes.
For today I preapred delicious and spicy turkey breasts with pineapple. The spicy meat combined together with sweetness of pineapple and honey, makes the dish intresting and gives a fine acidic edge. The turkey breast, usually risks being dry and dense. To avoid it: I always boil meat on the low temperature with sauce that makes the meat very soft and juicy. I also put a lot of garlic, ginger powder and cinnamon to the dish that gives the meal very rare and delicious taste.
