Brazil nuts

Hello everybody,

every morning when I get up I go to the kitchen and eat my favourite Brazil nuts (max. 3 a day). There are amazing for the skin, weight loss and they boost heart health. These nuts improve the immune system and digestive process.

They contains a lot of zinc, magnesium and copper.  The selenium in Brazil nuts gives the skin a healthy glow and improves the elasticity of the skin. It also helps with hair growth makes your hair shiny because of the high amounts of omega 3 fatty acids, which stimulate the production of sebum in the scalp. It conditions the hair naturally.

Basically… There are amazing and they taste good. :) I think each of us has routines that we follow every single day and for me eating Brazil nuts before coffee is a must.
